2. Are all your products hand-embroidered?
Yes. Every Chikankari product sold by Lucknow Best Chikankari is 100% hand-embroidered by skilled artisans. We do not sell machine-embroidered Chikankari as handwork.
3. How can I recognise authentic hand embroidery?
Hand embroidery has a natural human character. Small variations in stitch placement, thread tension and motifs are normal and make every piece unique. These variations are signs of handcraft, not defects.
4. Where are your products sourced from?
Our Chikankari pieces are sourced directly from artisans and trusted craft partners in Lucknow. This allows us to offer genuine handwork at direct-from-source prices without unnecessary boutique markups.
5. Which fabrics do you offer?
Our collection includes modal, cotton, rayon, malmal or mulmul, Chanderi and other carefully selected ethnic-wear fabrics. The exact fabric and product details are stated on each product page.
6. How should I choose my size?
Check the size information on the product page before ordering. For personal fit guidance, contact us on WhatsApp with your bust measurement, height, preferred fit and the product name.
7. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Indian PIN codes where supported by our shipping and payment partners. Availability is confirmed during checkout.
8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier serviceability. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
9. Can I return or exchange a product?
Eligible unused and unworn products may be returned or exchanged according to our current Return & Refund Policy. Please keep the original tags and packaging intact.
