Track your delivery
- Open your order from the link above, or select View your order in your order confirmation email.
- After dispatch, open the courier tracking link on your order page. Tracking may take time to update after the courier receives your parcel.
- If your order has not shipped yet, courier tracking will not be available. Contact us for help with its status.
No confirmation email or order missing?
Check your spam folder and make sure you are using the checkout email. If you ordered using only a phone number, entered the wrong email, or cannot find your order, contact us below. Share your order number if available, or the name and phone number used at checkout. We will verify the order before helping you update contact details or access it.
Payment debited but no order confirmation? Contact us with the payment reference and purchase date so we can check. Please avoid placing the same order again until its status is confirmed. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV.
Request a return or size exchange
Open your order and use the return request option for eligible items within 7 calendar days of delivery. If the option is unavailable, or you need a size exchange, contact us directly. Requests are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
