🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details.

  • Handcrafted or customized products may take additional time — we’ll notify you in such cases.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

  • Rural or Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control (like weather or festivals).

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal fee of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra ₹50 COD handling charge.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

  • You can track your order using the tracking ID provided.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • We’re working to bring our handcrafted Chikankari worldwide soon.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at

🔁 Address Errors & Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before checkout.

  • LBC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • In case of return due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
