Lucknow Best Chikankari ships authentic, hand-embroidered products from Lucknow across India and to supported international destinations.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Handcrafted, customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, our team will contact the customer.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.

  1. INDIA SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on all India orders, including prepaid and eligible Cash on Delivery orders.

💵 Cash on Delivery Available

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Indian PIN codes where supported by our courier and payment partners. Availability is confirmed during checkout.

📏 Easy Size Exchange – ₹250

The ₹250 fee covers return pickup and delivery of the replacement product.

Every Chikankari product sold by Lucknow Best Chikankari is genuinely hand-embroidered by skilled artisans.

  1. INDIA DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Metro cities: approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch.
• Remote locations: approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, festivals, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. COMPLIMENTARY SURPRISE GIFT

🎁 Every India order includes a complimentary surprise gift.

The complimentary surprise gift applies only to orders delivered within India. International orders are not included in this offer.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are prepaid only and are accepted for destinations supported during checkout.

Available international shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

International shipping charges may vary according to the destination, order weight, package size and products included in the order.

International delivery normally takes approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery period and not a guarantee.

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

  1. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International shipping charges paid during checkout cover transportation from India to the delivery address.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, international shipping charges do not include customs duties, import VAT/GST, brokerage charges, clearance fees or other destination-country charges.

Any applicable destination-country or carrier charges must be paid by the recipient. Lucknow Best Chikankari does not control or pre-calculate these charges.

International customers should check applicable import charges and requirements with their local authority before placing an order.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch, where tracking is available.

Please allow sufficient time for the courier’s tracking system to activate after dispatch.

Contact us with your order number if the tracking information does not update for an unusually long period.

  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN or postal code, email address and working phone number.

Requests to change a delivery address must be submitted before dispatch. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the courier.

Lucknow Best Chikankari is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

  1. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, contact us with the order number and tracking details.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist in tracing the shipment.

If a parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, take photographs or an unboxing video and contact us promptly.

Claims involving damaged, incorrect or missing products are handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
