RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• It must be free from stains, perfume, damage or alteration.
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
• Discounted products are eligible unless they were clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.

  1. EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be exchanged for another available size, colour or product of equal value. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund without charging return shipping.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

For returns or exchanges due to size, colour, fit or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If Lucknow Best Chikankari sends a wrong, damaged or defective product, we will bear the eligible return or replacement shipping cost.

  1. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping and Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return occurred because we sent a wrong, damaged or defective product.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are prepaid only.

Eligible international returns follow the same 7-day conditions. The customer is responsible for international return shipping, customs charges and import duties unless the product received was wrong, damaged or defective.

  1. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Every Chikankari product sold by Lucknow Best Chikankari is hand-embroidered.

Small natural variations in stitch placement, motifs or thread tension are signs of genuine handcraft and are not considered defects. This does not include actual damage, stains, holes, missing components or an incorrect product.
