Lucknow Best Chikankari is operated by Infinity Ventures. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lucknow Best Chikankari and Infinity Ventures.
We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide customers with access to authentic, hand-embroidered Lucknowi Chikankari clothing and related products. These offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services”.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access our website, use our Services or purchase from our store.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning orders, payments, shipping, returns, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED CHARACTER
Lucknow Best Chikankari specializes in genuine, hand-embroidered Lucknowi Chikankari clothing and related products.
Each hand-embroidered product is created by skilled artisans. Minor differences in embroidery placement, stitch formation, thread tension, motif alignment or finishing may occur from one piece to another. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects.
However, this does not affect your rights where a product is materially damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its published description.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, embroidery, fabric texture, measurements and appearance accurately. Actual colours or appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings and device displays.
Product dimensions and garment measurements may have minor tolerances due to the handmade production, washing, finishing and measurement process. Customers should review the product information and size guide before ordering.
Product availability, designs, colours, sizes, prices and descriptions may change without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee that every product or size will remain available until an order has been accepted and confirmed by us.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order. An order is accepted after we verify the order details, product availability and payment or eligible Cash on Delivery status.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, place on hold or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product or size unavailability;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment failure;
Incomplete or incorrect contact or delivery information;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
Delivery restrictions; or
Violation of these Terms.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled products will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable payment-processing timelines.

Products purchased for personal use may be ordered from supported domestic and international locations.
Purchases intended for commercial resale, distribution or wholesale must be arranged separately with us and may be governed by additional written commercial terms.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Product prices, discounts, offers and promotions may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Applicable product taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges and other order-related charges will be displayed on the product page, cart or checkout where required.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other government or carrier charges may apply. Unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states that these charges are included, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices available through physical stores, exhibitions, marketplaces, social-commerce channels or third-party sellers.
Promotional offers may have separate terms, validity periods, eligibility requirements, product exclusions or minimum-order requirements. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, payment and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Available payment methods, including prepaid payment options and eligible Cash on Delivery service, are displayed at checkout. International orders are prepaid only, and Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
We may contact you to verify an order before processing or dispatching it.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates and timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed by carrier operations, weather, natural events, public holidays, strikes, address issues, customs processing, government action, security checks or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, email address and reachable phone number.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer. Where possible, we will assist with an address correction before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.
International customers are responsible for cooperating with customs or delivery carriers and providing any identification or documentation lawfully required for customs clearance.
Tracking information will be provided where available. Tracking scans may take time to appear after dispatch.
If an order appears lost, materially damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with our published policies and applicable law.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Eligible return and exchange requests must be raised within seven days of delivery and are governed by our Refund Policy:

Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy:
Return shipping for a customer-choice return, including a size or preference-related return, is the customer’s responsibility.
Where we verify that the wrong product was supplied or that a product arrived materially damaged or defective, eligible return or replacement shipping costs will be borne by us.
Discounted products remain eligible under the Refund Policy unless the product was clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase.
Natural handmade variations described in Section 2 are not automatically treated as defects. Every complaint will be assessed fairly based on the product information, photographs and circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed using the method and timelines stated in our Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents—including our brand name, logo, trademarks, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, artwork, designs, videos, audio, website layout and other material—are owned by or licensed to Lucknow Best Chikankari, Infinity Ventures or their respective licensors.
These materials are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, upload, publicly display, sell, license, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any material from the Services.
You may not use our product photographs, videos, descriptions, brand identity, designs or other content to advertise, list or sell products through another website, marketplace, social-media account or commercial channel without written permission.
Lucknow Best Chikankari’s names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or brand assets belonging to Lucknow Best Chikankari or Infinity Ventures.
Shopify’s names, logos, product names and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other names and trademarks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.
No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to our intellectual property except for the limited personal-use permission expressly described above.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, delivery services or other functionality operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily control, monitor or manage these third-party services.
Access to third-party tools may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the third party’s terms and policies.
Your use of an optional third-party service is at your discretion. You should review and understand the applicable third-party terms before using it.

Lucknow Best Chikankari is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Lucknow Best Chikankari.
Shopify is our e-commerce technology provider and is not the seller of the products offered by Lucknow Best Chikankari.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by us, our product descriptions, order fulfilment, customer service, returns, refunds or transactions between you and Lucknow Best Chikankari.

Where a prepaid order is cancelled because of an error or unavailable product, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or business opportunity where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or were not directly caused by our breach.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies available to a customer under applicable consumer-protection law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucknow Best Chikankari, Infinity Ventures, Shopify and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising directly from:
Your material breach of these Terms;
Your unlawful use of the Services;
Your violation of another person’s legal or intellectual-property rights; or
Content submitted by you that violates these Terms.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable. You will reasonably cooperate in the defence of such a claim.
This section does not make a customer responsible for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
